Five systems. Fixed price. You own all of them.

Every system we build is designed around your practice, built in accounts in your name, and yours to keep. There is no subscription to us and no lock-in. Where a system needs a third-party service to run, you pay for it directly at cost and we take nothing on top.

No obligation, no hard sell.

The shelf

What we build, and what each one is for.

These are examples of what we build when the audit justifies it. Often the answer is a process change, or software you already pay for configured properly, or something we do not sell at all.

AI Receptionist

The calls your team cannot take.

Answers every call, day and night. Books, moves and cancels appointments where your software allows. Routes emergencies to a person and never gives clinical advice.

Design and build from £4,500. Care Plan from £295 a month, optional.

Review and Reputation Engine

The reviews you are not asking for, and the ones you are not answering.

Asks every patient at the right moment. Replies to good reviews the same day in your voice. Puts anything difficult in front of a named person within minutes, never automatically.

Design and build from £2,500. Care Plan from £195 a month, optional.

Practice Performance Dashboard

Knowing what last month actually cost you.

One page a month covering money, conversion, the diary and growth. Ends with a priority rather than a chart. Built on what your systems can genuinely produce.

Design and build from £2,000. Care Plan from £145 a month, optional.

Being the answer when a patient asks an assistant to recommend someone.

More on the way, including treatment plan follow-up.

The commercial model does not change between systems.

Fixed price, agreed before we start.Scoped once, quoted once, and it does not move.

You own the system. The accounts, the documentation and the data are in your name from day one.

Third-party costs are billed to you at cost.Whatever a system needs to run, you pay for it directly. We add nothing.

No lock-in.Care Plans are optional and month to month. If you stop, everything keeps working.

Almost everyone should start with the audit.

Most practices arrive knowing something is wrong and not which thing. The Growth Audit quantifies where the money is actually going and tells you what to fix first, in what order, and what each one is worth. Half the audit fee is credited against any work you commission in the next six months, up to half the value of that work.

Not ready to share your data yet? The Footprint Review looks at everything public about your practice first: £950 per practice, in three working days.

If you already know exactly what you need, book a call and skip straight to it.

Questions we get asked.

Do we have to buy more than one?
No. Each system is a fixed-price project on its own. Most practices start with one and add others when the first has paid for itself.
What does owning it actually mean?
The accounts, the documentation, the configuration and the data are in your name. If you stop working with us, nothing needs migrating and nothing stops working.
What are the third-party costs?
They depend on the system. A phone agent has call charges, a review system has messaging costs, a dashboard usually has none. You pay those directly at cost and we show you the rates before you commit.
Do the Care Plans lock us in?
No. They are optional and month to month, so they have to be worth paying for every thirty days.
Which one should we build first?
Usually whichever fixes the biggest leak, which is what the Growth Audit works out. If you already know, tell us on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we agree.

Twenty minutes. Your questions, straight answers.

If none of these is right for your practice, we will tell you that too.
