Most practices do not lose patients at the advert. They lose them three weeks later.

The enquiry arrived. Someone rang once, left a voicemail, marked it cold. Meanwhile the patient spent two months deciding, talking to their partner, working out the finance, and booked with whoever was still in front of them. We build the advertising and the follow-up as one system, because only one of them is where the money is lost.

No obligation, no hard sell.

Illustrative. Timings vary by treatment.

The gap

A high-value enquiry is not a lead. It is the start of a decision that takes months.

Someone enquiring about implants or a course of skin treatment is not buying today. They are researching price, comparing three practices and waiting for the right moment. Most practices, and most agencies, chase for a week and then stop. The patient decides in month three, and by then somebody else is the one they remember.

  • The average practice contacts a new enquiry twice, then stops.
  • The average high-value decision takes eight to sixteen weeks.
  • The practice that is still there at week ten wins, and it is rarely the one that advertised hardest.

We would rather turn the work down than spend your money badly.

Advertising into a practice that cannot answer the phone or follow up a quote is the fastest way to waste a budget. Before we build anything, we check five things. If they are not there, we say so, and most of them you can fix yourself in a fortnight.

  1. Someone answers.Enquiries reach a human quickly, including at lunchtime and after five.
  2. Someone follows up.A quote that goes quiet gets chased for weeks, not days, and somebody owns that.
  3. There is chair time worth filling.Enough capacity, at the hours patients actually want to come.
  4. Your reputation is not working against you.People check reviews before they ring.
  5. The numbers can carry it.Enough budget that one additional case a month covers the whole investment.

Four of those five are things we also build. That is not a coincidence, and it is not a condition. Plenty of practices pass all five on their own.

The foundation

One fixed fee, and you own all of it.

Treatment strategy and offer

What we advertise, to whom, at what price anchor. Most campaigns fail on the offer, not the targeting.

Landing pages

Built to convert one treatment, not to look like your website.

Tracking and attribution

Call tracking, form tracking, unique numbers per campaign. In your accounts.

The follow-up architecture

Sequences that keep working for months, built inside your own system where it supports it.

Creative system

Ad templates, shot lists, and the rules for what can and cannot be shown.

Campaign build

Search and paid social, structured properly, in accounts in your name.

We measure to the booking. You confirm what happens after it.

Every campaign gets its own phone number and its own landing pages, so an enquiry is attributed to source automatically. Calls are recorded and classified, so we can tell you which ones became appointments. What happens next, whether they attended and whether they accepted treatment, lives in your practice software, and we report that from what you confirm rather than estimating it.

If those two numbers drift apart, that is not an argument about attribution. It is a finding, and usually a more valuable one than the campaign result.

Your advertising budget never touches our account.

Your card, your accounts. You pay Google and Meta directly, at cost. We take nothing on it and never see it as revenue.

You keep everything if you leave. The accounts, the landing pages, the tracking, the sequences, the data.

Month to month. The management fee has to be worth paying every thirty days.

Foundation £3,500, fixed once scoped. Management from £795 a month, entirely optional. Advertising budget from £1,500 a month, paid direct, more in London and for implants.

That is roughly £2,300 a month to start. If one additional accepted case a month would not cover that, this is not the right time and we will tell you so.

The advertising that works is yours, not ours.

The best performing content in this sector is a clinician talking to camera for forty seconds and a genuine set of before and after photographs. Neither needs a production crew, and polished corporate video usually performs worse.

  • We design the static ads from your photography, your results and your brand.
  • We give you a shot list, you film on a phone, we edit it properly.
  • If you want a professional shoot, we brief a local videographer and you pay them directly. We take nothing on it.

We never generate or buy an image that could be mistaken for one of your patients' results. Every before and after we run is genuinely yours, with consent and dated proof on file.

What we promise, and what we designed on purpose

We promise:

  • One fixed price for the build, before anything starts.
  • Accounts, landing pages, tracking and sequences in your name, kept if you leave.
  • Advertising budget paid direct to the platforms at cost, with nothing added.
  • The five checks, honestly applied, including when the answer is no.

We designed it this way on purpose:

We measure to the booking, not to the sale. What happens in the chair lives in your software, and we report what you confirm rather than estimating it. What we can show depends on what your systems and your team can give us, and we tell you which of those you are before you spend anything.

The follow-up is part of the build, not an upsell.A campaign without it is a way of paying to lose people slowly.

We do not advertise injectables. They are prescription-only medicines and cannot be advertised to the public in any form.

We only run five of these at a time.Campaign management is not something that scales quietly in the background, and we would rather turn work away than run yours badly. If we are full, we will say so and tell you when a place is likely to open.

Give it ninety days or do not start.High-value treatment decisions take months, so month one looks like failure and month four looks like the truth. There is no contract, but there is an honest expectation.

Advertising is the paid half of the same problem: AI Visibility covers what assistants say about you for nothing, the Review and Reputation Engine the reviews they read, the AI Receptionist the calls the advertising produces, and the Practice Performance Dashboard what all of it earned. If you are not sure advertising is where your money should go first, the Growth Audit finds out.

Questions, answered straight

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clinics other than dental?

Yes. Dental and wider private healthcare, including skin and aesthetics clinics. Our founder's own operating experience is aesthetics-side, and the mechanics are the same.

Why will you not advertise Botox?

Botox and similar are prescription-only medicines and it is against the rules to advertise them to the public, including by describing them indirectly. Practices are told otherwise all the time. We will not do it.

Can we use before and after photographs?

For dental and non-surgical aesthetic treatment, yes, provided they are genuinely yours, represent a typical result rather than an exceptional one, and you hold signed and dated consent. We keep that record with you. Cosmetic surgery is a stricter regime and we handle it separately.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, and you always did. We work inside your accounts. If we stop working together, nothing needs migrating.

How do you know whether a lead became a patient?

We track every enquiry to the point of booking automatically. Whether they attended and accepted treatment sits in your practice software, so we report that from what you confirm each month. We show both numbers separately and never blend them.

How much do we need to spend?

From £1,500 a month on advertising, more in London and for implants. Below that, the numbers rarely work and we would rather say so than take the fee.

How long before it works?

Booked consultations move within weeks. Accepted treatment is slower, because a decision on implants or a course of treatment takes two to four months. Judge it at ninety days, not at thirty.

Do we have to sign a contract?

No. The build is a fixed-price project and the management is month to month.

Is there a limit on how many practices you work with?

Yes, five at a time. Campaign management needs real attention each month and we would rather turn work away than spread ourselves thin. If we are full we will tell you, and roughly when a place is likely to open.

Twenty minutes. Your questions, straight answers.

If the five checks say now is not the time, we will tell you that instead.
