No open roles right now, and we would rather say so.
Plenty of small firms list positions they are not actually recruiting for, because an empty careers page looks like an empty business. We would rather tell you the truth and let you decide whether to keep an eye on this page. When there is a real role, it will be here.
A small consultancy, built by someone who used to buy this work.
PracticeYield helps UK private dental and healthcare practices earn more from the patients they already have. It was founded by someone who spent years as Marketing Director of a multi-site private healthcare group in London, which means the person setting the strategy has sat on the client's side of the table and paid the invoices.
We are early, and we say so on the website rather than hiding it. There is no bench, no account management layer and no floor of juniors. The people who sell the work are the people who do it, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a stage we are passing through.
Four things that are true about working here.
Small on purpose. We take a limited number of engagements at a time so each one is done properly. Growth that costs us the quality of the work is not growth we want.
Remote, with real deadlines. Nobody is measured on hours or on being visible. Everyone is measured on whether the client got what we promised, by when we promised it.
Honesty is the product, not the culture deck. Every claim we make has to survive a client asking one more question. That rules out a lot of things this industry does routinely, and it is the reason clients stay.
You would own things quickly. Small team, real responsibility, and your work in front of a practice owner within weeks rather than after a year of shadowing.
The kind of person this would suit.
Someone who has worked inside a practice or a healthcare business, not only agency-side.
Someone who would rather tell a client an uncomfortable truth than manage them around it.
Someone comfortable with a business that is still being built, where the process is written down but not yet worn smooth.
Someone who writes clearly, because most of this work is explaining complicated things to busy people.
Someone who checks the number before they say it.
Agency experience is welcome and not required. Curiosity about how a practice actually makes money matters more than a list of platforms.
What we expect to be hiring for, when we are.
Not vacancies. Just an honest signal of where this is heading, so you know whether it is worth watching.
Delivery
Building and running the systems we sell: automation, tracking, reporting, and the unglamorous work of making them keep working.
Analysis
Growth Audits. Getting inside a practice's numbers and turning them into a document a principal will act on.
Partnerships
Warm introductions into the dental and healthcare community. Relationships, not outreach volume.
No role, but still interested?
Send us a note. We keep them and we read them when something opens up. Tell us what you have actually done rather than what you are good at, and mention anything you have built that we could look at.
hello@practiceyield.co.ukWe reply to everyone, usually within a week. If we are not going to be hiring for a while, we will tell you that too.
