Your best patients never think to review you. The unhappy one always does.
A system that asks everyone, answers the good ones the same day in your voice, and puts anything difficult in front of a real person within minutes.
No obligation, no hard sell.
Nervous patient here. They explained everything twice and never once made me feel silly about it.
Thank you Hannah, that is lovely to read. We will pass it on to the whole team.
Booked in within the week and the whole visit ran to time. Reception could not have been kinder.
Really glad it ran to time for you, Michael. Thanks for taking a minute to write this.
Waited well past my appointment time and nobody came out to explain why.
Sent to a person · 40 secondsReviews, names and figures shown throughout this page are illustrative and fictional.
They read your reviews before they ring you.
- A two star review from three weeks ago. Still unanswered.
- Fourteen five star reviews. None of them replied to.
- Your last review is from March.
- You are on 4.3. They are on 4.8.
One new patient who stays and completes treatment is worth thousands. A rating that quietly costs you two a month is not a small problem.
Illustrative. On the call we talk about your numbers.
Two paths, decided in seconds.
4 and 5 stars: replied in your voice, same day, automatically.
3 stars and below: never posted automatically. A named person, alerted in minutes, with the reply already drafted.
That split is the whole product. A public reply can confirm someone is your patient, and in healthcare that is a confidentiality problem, not a customer service one.
One system, working while you treat patients.
Everyone asked, at the right moment
One tap to your profile, timed for your practice. Nobody asked twice.
Good reviews answered same day
Warm, varied, in your voice. Your profile stops looking abandoned.
Difficult ones reach a human fast
To the person you name, with a drafted reply and a short playbook.
One page a month, in plain English
Rating, volume, response rate, requests that turned into reviews.
Most review tools are rented. This one is yours.
You own it.
Pay once. Accounts in your name. No contract to escape.
Any third-party running costs are billed to you directly at cost, and we take nothing on top. If you stop working with us, it keeps working.
Built for healthcare, not restaurants.
General tools will happily reply publicly to an unhappy patient. Yours will not.
Honest by design.
Everyone asked, nobody filtered, nothing offered in exchange.
Filtering who gets asked breaches the rules of the platforms you depend on, and incentivised reviews now breach consumer law.
Built by an operator.
Founded by someone who spent years as Marketing Director inside a multi-site private healthcare group.
Six steps, four to six weeks.
- 01

- 04
Testing. Real scenarios with your team, including the uncomfortable ones.
- 05
Handover. Training, documentation, every account in your name.
- 06
Care Plan. Optional. Or run it yourself. No lock-in either way.
What we promise, and what we designed on purpose
We promise:
- Built to the library and rules you approved.
- You own the system, the accounts, the documentation.
- You see running costs before you commit.
- Nothing at three stars or below is posted without a person deciding.
We designed it this way on purpose:
Poor reviews are never answered automatically. A public reply can confirm someone is your patient. A person decides, every time, with the words already written.
Every patient is asked, not just the happy ones. Filtering breaches platform rules. We will not build it, even if asked.
Nothing is offered in exchange for a review. That now breaches consumer law, and enforcement is real.
We do not promise removals. Where a review genuinely breaks the rules we report it properly. Anyone promising more is selling something they cannot deliver.
We do not promise a rating. We promise the system that earns one.
Build from £2,500, fixed once scoped. Care Plan from £195 a month, optional.
One fixed price before anything starts, and it does not move. Growth Audit fee half credited against this build.
Reviews are one part of it: the AI Receptionist takes the calls your team cannot, AI Visibility works on the answers assistants give about you, the New Patient Engine on the advertising that feeds both, and the Practice Performance Dashboard shows what the month actually earned. If you would rather know where the money goes before building anything, start with the Growth Audit.
Frequently asked questions
Will you reply to bad reviews for us?
We draft it and put it in front of the person you nominate, usually within minutes. We never post it for you.
Can you get bad reviews removed?
Only where one genuinely breaks the platform's rules, and then it is a request, not a guarantee. Anyone promising removals is promising something they do not control.
Will the automatic replies sound like a robot?
They come from a library written in your voice that you approve, and they vary. They stay warm and general, because a reply mentioning someone's treatment is a confidentiality problem.
Can you ask only the happy patients?
No, and we will not build it. Filtering breaches the rules of the platforms you rely on, and asking everyone is what actually moves a rating.
Can we offer a small thank you for a review?
No. That breaches UK consumer law and enforcement is active.
Does it work with our practice software?
Where your system allows a connection, yes, and requests trigger automatically. Where it does not, your team spends seconds a day instead. We confirm before you commit.
Who owns it?
You do. System, accounts and documentation, all in your name.
We already pay for a reviews platform.
Most practices do, usually forever. We will tell you honestly whether replacing it makes sense, and if it does not, we will say so.
Twenty minutes. Your questions, straight answers.
If this is not right for your practice, we will tell you that too.
