You know last month was busy. Do you know what it cost you?
One page a month showing what your practice earned, what it quietly lost, and the single thing worth fixing next. Built on your numbers, in your accounts.
No obligation, no hard sell.
Illustration. Fictional practice and figures.
Every practice has data. Almost none of it turns into a decision.
- Your practice software has reports. Nobody opens them.
- The spreadsheet your practice manager keeps is three weeks behind.
- Your agency sends campaign screenshots, not revenue.
- Nobody can tell you what left the building last month.
How much treatment has been presented and not accepted, right now?
Most practices cannot answer that in pounds. It sits in the software, spread across hundreds of plans, and nobody owns the figure. It is usually the largest recoverable number in the building.
Your dashboard puts it on the front page, broken down by treatment and by how long it has been sitting there. Because a plan that went quiet three weeks ago is a phone call. One that went quiet last year is a marketing problem.
The numbers that decide a practice's year.
Money in
Revenue, revenue per chair hour, and where it came from by treatment.
Conversion
Case acceptance by value, unconverted plan value, by treatment and by clinician.
The diary
Chair utilisation, no-shows, late cancellations, and which sessions run half empty.
Growth and retention
New patients and what they cost, marketing return, overdue recalls, dormant patient value.
Most dashboards tell you what happened. This one tells you what to do.
It ends with a priority.
Every month names one thing worth doing next, with the money attached.
The metrics an operator would choose.
Case acceptance measured by value, not by count. Ten small acceptances and one lost implant case is not a good month.
Built on your numbers, in your accounts.
You own the dashboard and everything feeding it.
It comes to you.
One page a month. Not another login you will stop opening in six weeks.
What goes on your dashboard depends on what your systems will give us.
Some practice software opens up completely. Some gives you a monthly export. Some gives you very little. We find out which one you have before you spend anything, and we tell you plainly.
- Everyone gets: enquiries and where they came from, response times, marketing spend and return, reviews and rating, plus the figures your team already tracks.
- Most practices get: production, appointments, no-shows, cancellations, recalls and treatment plans, from exports their system already produces.
- Some practices get: an automatic connection with plan-level detail and no manual step at all.
We will tell you which of those three you are, in writing, before you commit. Nobody sells you a dashboard that turns out to be half empty.
Four to six weeks, six steps.
- 01
Discovery. We find out what your systems can actually export, and agree the metrics that matter to you. Included in the build price.
- 02
Design. We agree what goes on the page and what stays off it. A dashboard that shows everything gets read by nobody.
- 03
Build. Built in your accounts, connected to your systems where they allow it.
- 04
Testing. We check every figure against your own records before you rely on it.
- 05
Handover. Training, documentation, every account in your name.
- 06
Care Plan. Optional. We keep it running and write the monthly page. Or take it in house.
What we promise, and what we designed on purpose
We promise:
- Every number is traceable to a source you can check.
- You own the dashboard, the accounts and the documentation.
- You know exactly what your systems can and cannot show before you pay.
- One page a month, in plain English, whether or not you take the Care Plan.
We designed it this way on purpose:
We do not estimate numbers your systems cannot produce. A dashboard with invented figures is worse than no dashboard. If it is not there, we say so.
It is monthly, not live. Practices do not make decisions every hour. A live screen gets ignored; a monthly page gets read and acted on.
It shows less than we could show. Every extra chart costs attention. We put the numbers that change decisions on the front page and the rest behind it.
Clinician figures are for coaching, not ranking. We build them because they are useful to a principal, and we advise using them privately.
Build from £2,000, fixed once scoped. Care Plan from £145 a month, optional.
One fixed price before anything starts. Growth Audit fee half credited against this build.
A dashboard shows the leaks and the other four close them: the AI Receptionist takes the calls your team cannot, the Review and Reputation Engine handles what patients say next, AI Visibility the answers assistants give about you, and the New Patient Engine the advertising that feeds all of it. The Growth Audit works out which one is worth doing first.
Frequently asked questions
Which practice software do you work with?
Most of the systems UK private practices use, to different depths. We confirm exactly what yours allows during discovery and tell you before you commit.
What if our system cannot export what we want?
Then that metric is not on your dashboard, and we say so up front. We will not estimate it and present it as fact.
Is it real time?
No, by design. It is a monthly page, because that is the rhythm practices actually make decisions on. Where your systems allow a live connection, the underlying data refreshes automatically.
Do we have to learn a new tool?
No. The monthly page comes to you. The dashboard is there when you want to look deeper.
Can we see performance by clinician?
Yes, and we recommend using it for coaching rather than as a league table. It is your data and your call.
We already get reports from our software. Why is this different?
Those reports tell you what happened. This one is built around the numbers that change decisions, and it ends with a priority rather than a chart.
Who owns it?
You do. The dashboard, the accounts and the documentation are all in your name.
What does it cost to run?
Usually nothing beyond the tools you already pay for. Where a third-party cost is needed, it is billed to you directly at cost and we take nothing on top.
Twenty minutes. Your questions, straight answers.
If this is not right for your practice, we will tell you that too.
