How we work, including the things we will not do.

Most consultancies tell you what they can do. The more useful list is the other one. This page sets out how an engagement actually runs, what you end up owning, and what we refuse to sell you even when asked.

No obligation, no hard sell.

The model

We look first. Then only what pays.

Every engagement starts with a paid review, because we cannot tell you what to fix until we have looked. The Footprint Review looks at everything public about your practice. The Growth Audit looks at where the money is going inside it.

The fee is what makes the analysis honest. A free audit can only conclude that you need what the agency sells, because it is a sales call with a chart attached. A paid one can tell you to do three things yourself and spend nothing with us.

If the Growth Audit recommends work and you commission it, half the audit fee comes back.

Growth Audit

A quantified review of where the practice loses money, with a prioritised roadmap and what each fix is worth.

From £1,500, half credited against any work that follows.

Build

Fixed-scope systems from the roadmap, designed for your practice and built in accounts in your name.

From £2,000, fixed once scoped.

Run and grow

Ongoing management where it earns its keep. Optional on every system except AI Visibility, where we say honestly that it is not.

Care Plans from £145 a month.

Everything, from the day it goes live.

The systems. Configured for your practice, documented, and yours. If we stopped working together tomorrow, nothing needs migrating.

The accounts. Advertising, tracking, telephony, whatever a system needs. All in your name, never ours.

The data. Your patients, your enquiries, your numbers. We never combine it across practices, resell it, or use it to train anything.

The documentation. Written so that somebody who is not us can run it, because one day somebody who is not us might have to.

Third-party running costs are billed to you directly, at cost. We add nothing to them and never see them as revenue.

One number, before anything starts.

Fixed, not estimated. Scoped once and quoted once. The number in the proposal is the number on the invoice.

Discovery is inside the price. We never scope for free, and we never charge for scoping separately. It is the first stage of the build.

The website says "from", a proposal says one number. Because your practice is not the same as the last one.

Month to month, where there is a monthly. A Care Plan has to be worth paying for every thirty days or it should not exist.

The list that matters more than the one above.

  • We do not give free audits. A free audit can only conclude that you need what the agency sells. Being paid for the analysis is what lets it conclude anything else.
  • We do not invent numbers. If your systems cannot produce a figure, it does not appear in our reporting dressed as a fact.
  • We do not fabricate proof. No case studies we have not run, no testimonials nobody gave us, no statistics we cannot point at a source for.
  • We do not advertise prescription-only medicines. Botox and similar cannot legally be advertised to the public, however it is worded. Practices are told otherwise constantly.
  • We do not lock anyone in. Fixed-price builds, month-to-month management, everything documented and handed over.
  • We do not take work we cannot do well. We run a small number of engagements at a time and turn the rest down.
The part nobody mentions

If an advert breaks the rules, it is your name on the ruling.

An agency that gets a claim wrong loses a client. A practice that gets one wrong answers to its regulator. That asymmetry is why we design around the rules rather than treating them as something to check at the end, and why we occasionally tell clients no.

GDC standards. Advertising must not mislead, and patient confidentiality governs anything published that could confirm somebody is your patient. It is the reason our review system never posts a public reply to an unhappy patient automatically.

ASA and CAP. Before and after images must be genuine, representative of a typical result rather than an exceptional one, and backed by signed and dated proof that you hold. We keep that record with you rather than assuming it exists.

Prescription-only medicines. Botox and similar cannot be advertised to the public, and the regulator treats indirect wording as advertising too. We will not run them at any budget.

UK GDPR. Patient data in any system we build stays in accounts you control, under a written data processing agreement signed before we touch anything.

The DMCC Act. Incentivised and filtered reviews are unlawful and actively enforced. We ask every patient, never a selected few, and nothing is offered in exchange.

This is a summary of how we design, not legal advice. Where something is genuinely uncertain we will say so and recommend you take proper advice rather than guess on your behalf.

A new venture, said plainly.

PracticeYield is new. We are not going to pretend otherwise by filling this page with logos and testimonials that do not exist. What we have is an operator who spent years on the buying side of this market, a way of working that is written down and does not change between clients, and a complete sample audit you can read before you spend anything.

Founding practices get founding-team attention and founding-client terms. That is the trade, and we would rather say it than hide it.

Twenty minutes. Your questions, straight answers.

If we are not the right people for your practice, we will tell you that too.
