When a patient asks an AI assistant for a dentist, are you the answer?
More patients start with an assistant than a search box, and it hands them one recommendation rather than ten links. We do the work that makes that recommendation you, and we measure every month whether it worked.
No obligation, no hard sell.
Illustration. Fictional practice and figures.
A search engine gives ten options. An assistant gives one recommendation.
- A patient who searches sees a page of results and decides for themselves.
- A patient who asks an assistant is handed a shortlist, often just one name, with reasons attached.
- If you are not on that shortlist, you were never in the conversation.
Assistants do not guess. They read.
An assistant's answer is assembled from what it can find about you: your website, the structured data behind it, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and what other sites say. Every one of those is something we can work on. That is the whole job.
Thirty questions your patients actually ask, checked every month.
We agree the questions a real patient would type, in your treatments and your area. Every month we check what each assistant says, and whether your practice is recommended by name, mentioned in passing, or left out entirely.
You get the same view every month, so progress is a number you can see rather than a claim we make.
What your £495 a month actually buys.
- The visibility report. Thirty questions, every assistant we track, scored and compared to last month.
- Two new content pieces published to your site. Written to answer the questions patients ask, in the format assistants extract from. This is the bulk of the work.
- Structured data kept current as your pages, people and services change.
- Google Business Profile upkeep. Posts, questions, attributes and service listings.
- Consistency monitoring across directories and listings, so your details never drift apart.
- Competitor movement. Who is being recommended instead of you, and on which questions.
- Written commentary. What changed, what it means, and what we are doing next month.
Everything we publish goes on your site, in your name, and stays yours.
The only honest pitch in a category built on promises nobody can keep.
We do not promise placement.
Nobody controls what an assistant says. Anyone who guarantees you a spot is selling something they cannot deliver.
We measure instead of claiming.
The same thirty questions, every month, including the ones where you are losing.
Nothing published we would not sign.
Content is written for patients first. Practices that flood their site with generated filler get punished for it, and deserve to be.

What we promise, and what we designed on purpose
We promise:
- The work in the foundation and the seven monthly deliverables, in writing.
- The same measurement every month, whether the news is good or bad.
- Everything we publish is on your site, in your name, and yours to keep.
- A clear answer on what is and is not achievable for your practice before you pay anything.
We designed it this way on purpose:
We guarantee the work, never the placement. Assistants decide what they say. We control what they read about you, and nothing more.
It is monthly, not a one-off project. Assistants change, competitors publish, and a snapshot decays. A foundation on its own would look like progress for a while and then quietly stop being true.
We track the questions where you lose, not just the ones where you win. A report that only shows wins is marketing, not measurement.
We will tell you if this is not worth it for you. Some practices should fix their reviews or their phone first. We would rather say so than take the fee.
Foundation from £2,500, fixed once scoped. Monthly programme £495.
Unlike our other systems, the monthly here is not optional, and we would rather say that than sell you a foundation that stops being true in three months. Growth Audit fee half credited against this build.
Being found is one half of it. The Review and Reputation Engine works on the reviews assistants read, the AI Receptionist answers the calls being found produces, the New Patient Engine buys the attention assistants do not, and the Practice Performance Dashboard shows what each of them returned; the Growth Audit says which to do first.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee we will show up in ChatGPT?
No, and neither can anyone else. Assistants decide what they say. We control what they read about you, and we measure the result honestly every month.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
A lot of the foundation is search work done properly, because assistants read the same web everyone else does. What is different is the content format, the entity work, and measuring assistant answers rather than rankings.
How long before we see anything?
Usually two to three months before the tracked questions move, sometimes longer for competitive treatments. The first report gives you the baseline, so you can see the starting point.
Who writes the content?
We do, for patients, with your approval before anything is published. We do not publish generated filler; it does not work and it damages your site.
Does it help our normal Google ranking too?
Usually yes. The structured data, the content and the profile work are the same foundations that help conventional search.
What if we stop the monthly?
Everything published stays on your site and stays yours. It will hold for a while and then drift as assistants and competitors move. We will tell you that plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
Which assistants do you track?
The ones patients actually use, currently ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. We add and drop as the market changes.
Do we need the Review Engine as well?
No, but reviews are one of the biggest inputs to what an assistant says about you. If yours are thin or unanswered, that is usually the cheaper thing to fix first, and we will say so.
Twenty minutes. Your questions, straight answers.
If this is not right for your practice, we will tell you that too.
